I've shipped products at Axis Bank and Yes Bank, ran and sold an agri-based startup, and now I'm building AI-era products. Not a typical PM trajectory. That's the point.
At Axis Bank and Yes Bank, I owned full product cycles in some of the most compliance-heavy environments in Indian FinTech. Built an ML-based fraud prevention model that cut fraudulent accounts from 3.7% to 1.5%. Launched a referral program that reduced customer acquisition cost by 80%. 2.5+ years of PM experience, BITS Pilani degree, real shipped products.
In between, I stepped away from banking entirely. Bootstrapped a sugarcane harvesting venture, hired a 7-person team, onboarded 30+ transport partners, and coordinated harvests for 1000+ farmers in Maharashtra. Ran it for 14 months and sold it.
Now I'm channeling everything into what's next: AI-era products that solve real problems. I prototype before I plan, and I think in systems, not features.
